There are four main ingredients in cheesemaking. We specialize in goats milk, cows milk and blended milk cheeses and are proud to have our own herd of dairy goats on site.
This year, we're celebrating St. Patrick's Day with no green beer. We're classing up the shindig with a specially curated cheeseboard and beer from There Does Not Exist brewery located in San Luis Obispo, California.
Happy International Women's Day! To celebrate the holiday, we wanted to spotlight some of our female herd crew members who are working around the clock this kidding season ensuring our herd of LaMancha dairy goats have successful births.
Lyon is our striking Miniature Lamancha buck we brought to the ranch to add to our breeding program in October 2021. He is a very quiet, mild-mannered and docile buck who gets along well with the other goats and his human caretakers.

Aged Cabrillo is back for a limited time! Aged Cabrillo was the special-release cheese featured in the August 2021 Cheese Club shipment. We took our classic Spanish-style goat's and cow's milk blended Cabrillo and aged it for at least one year in our aging caves. That's 3x older than our year-round Cabrillo cheese offering!
