How far in advance should I place my corporate gift orders?
In order to provide an amazing experience for you and your recipients, we need prep time to fulfill and custom/bulk orders. We request 2 weeks lead time to ensure we have the proper inventory, custom materials and anything else ready for your order.
If you're short on time, reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate a shorter window!
Can I schedule orders to ship later?
Yes! For bulk and custom orders, we can ship your order ASAP or schedule them to ship at a later date.
Can I order in bulk for an event?

Can you ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, an order for each address must be placed separately. For bulk or corporate gift orders, please reach out to us at info@stepladdercreamery.com and we'll put together a custom order for you!
