Ingredients:

2 oz Maya Mountain Belize chocolate (from Dandelion Chocolate)

1 heart of Burning Love

Lady and Larder Crackers or slices of baguette for serving

Optional: A drizzle of Stepladder honey or a few fresh berries
Instructions:

Prepare the chocolate. Break the chocolate into small squares or bite-sized pieces.

Slice the cheese: Cut Burning Love into thin wedges or scoop small portions with a cheese spreader.

Assemble the bites. On a cracker or baguette slice, layer a piece of cheese and top it with a square of chocolate.
