These events are super special to us because they bring together everything we love: great food, amazing wine, and wonderful company. 

Host Vintner: Rajat Parr! He's not just a legend in the wine world; he's also a fantastic farmer. He's our neighbor and friend with our properties sharing a fence line.

Guest Chef: Nicolaus Balla! You might know him from COAST in Big Sur or from his days at Bar Tartine in San Francisco. Chef Nick is a wizard when it comes to using local ingredients to create mouthwatering dishes.  His cookbook Bar Tartine: Techniques & Recipes is a Stepladder Favorite!

During the event, Nick and Raj will curate some delicious treats and wines featuring our Heritage Pork, artisan cheese, and butter.  Just imagine: sipping on wine, enjoying incredible food, all while surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Stolo vineyards in Cambria. It's going to be a day to remember!
