This assortment is thoughtfully designed to offer a farm-to-table experience that is distinctly Californian, capturing the fresh, unparalleled flavors that only this region can provide, and is sure to captivate any palate.

The California Cheese Experience Bundle includes the following cheeses:

  • 1 jar Marinated Fromage Blanc
  • 1 6oz container Spicy Fromage Blanc - CA State Fair Gold
  • 2 3.5oz Ragged Point triple crème bloomy rinds (cow's milk) - American Cheese Society Winner & CA State Fair Gold
  • 1 8oz wedge LumberJack hard cheese - CA State Fair Silver
  • 1 8oz wedge Cabrillo hard cheese - CA State Fair Silver
  • 1 4oz wedge Paso Vino hard cheese or 1 Big Sur triple crème bloomy rind (goat's and cow's milk blend)*

*Based on the season, we typically swap in/out the Big Sur triple crème for a wedge of Paso Vino.
