Job Description:
Stepladder Ranch & Creamery is hiring! Are you looking for a job where you can work part-time or full-time in your local area? We have an exciting opportunity for you! You'll be helping out in various ways, like giving farm tours, delivering orders, and selling our delicious cheese at farmers markets. Depending on your schedule and skills, this job can be flexible to fit your needs.

During farm tours, you'll guide visitors around our farm, spending about 1 to 1.5 hours together. You'll introduce them to our friendly goats, talk about our animals, and show them how we make cheese. The tour ends with a tasty cheese sampling at our farmstand. Before the tour starts, you'll help set up the farmstand and prepare the ranch for our guests.

At farmers markets, you'll pick up our market kit and cheese from the farm. Then, you'll drive to the market, set up our booth, and sell our cheese and other products to customers. After the market ends, you'll pack up the booth, handle the register, and bring any unsold products back to the farm. It's a fun and active way to share our farm's goodies with the community!

In addition to tours and markets, you'll also help with inventory and order fulfillment. This means keeping our inventory organized, making sure to sell the oldest products first.
