Here's a recipe for a buttermilk dressing featuring our limited-release Curried Fromage Blanc soft cheese.

Suggested use for the dressing: Drizzle over za’atar/panko encrusted chicken cutlet on flat bread with the Curried Fromage blanc dressing.
Top with tomatoes, olives, lettuce and any other veggies you desire.
*Vegetarians could substitute falafel for the protein instead of chicken.
Dressing: 1 oz curried to 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil and 2 Tbsp buttermilk.
