A limited-release gem, the Cabrillo Reserve is aged for over 12 months (three times longer than our standard Cabrillo). This extended maturation breaks down the lactose, creating a hard, gritty texture filled with savory "cheese crystals." It is sharper, saltier, and more intense, with a deeply concentrated nutty flavor.

FAQs
Where do you ship?
We ship to all contiguous U.S. states. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes under UPS restrictions. Please include a different mailing address for shipping.
We offer free shipping on orders over $119 to select Western US states: California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Orders under $119 in these states will be charged a flat rate of $19.99 per shipping address.
For all other states, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Split orders shipping to multiple addresses are subject to additional shipping fees.
When will my order ship?
We ship on Mondays (and occasionally on Tuesdays) via UPS 1-2 day shipping. You'll receive shipping updates once your order is in transit.
Can I include a personalized gift note?
Yes! Just add your message during checkout and your gift note will appear on the packing slip.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, an order for each address must be placed separately. For bulk or corporate gift orders, please reach out to us at info@stepladdercreamery.com and we'll put together a custom order for you!
