Here’s How It Works
1. Join the club
Choose from quarterly or annual payments. As soon as you join, we'll send you a Welcome email with all the details about your Cheese Club membership, including discount codes and links to manage your account.
2. Receive your box
Your box will arrive on your doorstep in chilled, eco-friendly packaging within 7 days of joining. Then every 3 months, you'll receive a fresh, new shipment of cheeses. We'll give you a heads up before each order ships!
3. Savor
Everything that comes in the box is ready to enjoy! From building a show-stopping cheese plate to elevating everyday snacking, Cheese Club is the perfect way to experience the best of our creamery each season.

Quarterly payments of $119 for each shipment.

Annual payment of $436 for 4 pre-paid shipments per year.

Cheese Club ships free to California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. All other states ship for a flat discounted rate of $25 per order. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I send Cheese Club as a gift?
Yes! We offer annual gift memberships to Cheese Club. Learn more and send a gift membership here.
Accessing your Cheese Club account
You can log in to your Cheese Club account at any time to update your shipping address or credit card. You can also view past orders, skip future orders, and select add-ons for your next shipment.
Member discounts are sent to your initial Welcome to Cheese Club email that was sent upon joining.

What is the shipment frequency?
- Stepladder Cheese Club is shipped automatically on a rolling basis every quarter (3 months after the previous order.)
- We offer Free Shipping to CA, ID, OR, NV, UT & WA. All other states ship for a flat rate of $25 per shipment or $100 yearly if selecting the Annual plan. Excludes AK and HI.
- All orders ship on Monday or Tuesday the week after they are processed. To manage or skip orders you may log onto our portal.
- You are welcome to add on items but not exchange the predetermined products. Add-ons may incur additional shipping charges under exceptional circumstances.
- Due to uncontrollable issues with shipping, we reserve the right to conclude any memberships that have delivery issues more than twice.
- Stepladder may change shipping companies at any time without notice.
- We are only able to ship to home addresses and are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Payment and Duration
As soon as you sign up for our Cheese Club, we process the initial payment on your credit card according to the plan you selected.
For Quarterly plans, we'll charge your card a few days before each box is shipped to ensure everything's in order for your next delivery. Don't worry, we'll give you a heads-up with an email reminder before any payment is collected and confirm once the payment has been successfully processed. Remember, your subscription automatically renews each quarter, but you have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time.
For Annual plans, we'll charge your card for a full year of Cheese Club (plus any applicable shipping fees) at the time of purchase. You'll be notified via email when each order ships. Your annual subscription automatically renews at the end of each year.
Communication
Upon joining the Cheese Club, you are automatically added to our email list to receive updates regarding future shipments, special reminders, etc. You can opt-out/unsubscribe at any time through a link in the footer of our emails.

How to cancel?
You can cancel anytime after your first shipment by signing into your member account or you can email us at anytime at customerservice@stepladdercreamery.com.
Annual memberships are pre-paid for the full year; while shipments may be canceled, we’re not able to issue refunds for the remaining boxes.
Any other terms of membership?
- 10% member discount is not applicable to Cheese Club Membership.
- Due to our constantly changing world, terms and conditions may change at any time.
